Suite hotel in Arlington. About a 10 mins drive from Ronald Regan airport and 15-20 min via metro into the National Mall area depending where you want to get off. Suite was fabulous - very large with kitchenette and living room. Breakfast buffet was very good, with eggs, sausages, pancakes, bagels etc. There are guest laundries available that cost $3/machine, but you can tap your card.

We stayed twice this week. The size of the rooms are fantastic. The hotel is very close to DC which is very convinient

We had one bedroom suite. It was very spacious. The included breakfast was better than expected, even plates, cups, untensils, etc. were ceramic, class or steel. Breakfast was served at top floor - it was possible to see top of Washington Monument and Capitol over the roof of other buildings. The Courthouse metro station was handy to start daytime exploration of DC area. Further the metro from Dulles airport had a stop at the Courthouse station.

The free, breakfast buffet served each morning between 6 am and 9 am included eggs, bacon, pancakes, and warm oatmeal was a good way to start the day. The living room area was very spacious. The metro lines are a short walk away. It's possible to take the Metro from DCA to this hotel also. People who may stay longer than a couple of days and do not want to eat out each night will find the kitchen a good option.

I liked the easy check in process and the size of the room. I did not hear any noise from outside traffic even though we were by the highway. I also didn't hear noise from any other guests in the hallway.

The staff are friendly, and the rooms feature charming antique décor and a kitchenette to do some own cooking. A hot breakfast is served on the 8th floor with excellent views over Washington Memorial and the Capitol, and most importantly, the rates are reasonable. The location is also convenient—just a seven-minute walk from the Courthouse Metro station. Simply turn left out of the hotel, walk two blocks, cross the parking lot, and you’re there. For those who enjoy walking, it’s even possible to stroll back from the Lincoln Memorial after exploring the National Mall—crossing the Arlington Memorial Bridge takes about an hour.

As we entered the property we saw from the outside many local places to eat so close to walk! Then, the hotel is 10 minutes away from the train station and that was magnificent. Then, we did the check-in in and it was fast, the lady helped us with all the questions. It was so clean, organized, and had nice decorations. If you have a car you can park. It was not our case but we now know if we decide to go back we can park there. The breakfast was delicious and you need to be there by the time they indicate you which was from 6-9 am otherwise you don't eat lol. They change the menu every day and it was very tasty. The bedroom was clean, the beds were done, it had a microwave and an iron in case you need to iron nice clothes. I recommend staying at this hotel!

1) Location: walking distance from everything you need, such as metro, restaurants, food market, stores. 2) Room: spacious, clean, kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishes, etc.). 3) Breakfast: satisfying. I like to have breakfast included. 4) Staff: helpful. 5) Price: it was lower than the other hotels close by. 6) They updated the wi-fi system in the entire building and it worked well.

very good location, less than 0.5 hour to Washington downtown, on the same metro line as the airport quiet, nice view on the Washington monument close to the metro station (although very steep street to get there ;-) ) locked room to leave the luggage after check-out very kind staff laundry
